My dog is better than your dog

We are a family of 5. Seth, Jami, Addison, Delaney and Gage. In October of 2009, a friend posted pictures of some rescue dogs on her facebook page. As soon as I saw this picture, I said to myself, "Theres our Dog."

I quickly called my friend to find out how to get him home. After a phone interview for the rescue and a virtual home tour to qualify for our adoption, I remembered I probably needed to talk to Seth about it. I was just so convinced that he was to be our dog I got a bit ahead of myself. Seths reaction was, "Well, we will think about it." Im quite impulsive when it comes to things like this, Seth is much more calculated and thoughtful. "We will think about it" usually ends up in a "no", but I would not be dissuaded and Seth agreed to go meet Gage the next day. On our way Seth made sure to prepare me, we were just going down to meet him. Do.not.get.my.hopes.up!

Half hour later.......

He fit in right away

And when we welcomed little Laney to the family, Gage was pleased. They have become great friends and she just loves to look at him and laugh!
